In response to the weak level of primary health care and uneven distribution of medical resources, it has used big data, the Internet of Things, 5G, artificial intelligence and other digital technologies to build a nationwide health service network focusing on grassroots and focusing on digitalization, which has comprehensively improved the capacity of grassroots medical and health services and achieved remarkable results. The project construction plan covers 25 provinces in Cambodia. 1725 township hospitals and clinics, 157 district hospitals will be upgraded in medical facilities, 29 provincial hospitals will be set up with telemedicine service centers, a national primary health care big data platform, a three-level telemedicine service system, and a coordinated prevention and treatment system for special and chronic diseases will be built, so as to promote the sinking of provincial high-quality medical resources, and focus on improving the service capacity of Cambodia's national primary health care and health institutions. The ability of diagnosis and treatment can meet the primary health service needs of Cambodian people and improve the life expectancy of Cambodian people.
